On June 1, 2009, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the leading international industry organization, designated Echelon Property Management as an AMO. The credential signifies the highest professional standards in the industry in terms of expertise, experience, business/financial stability and ethical business practices. Only 530 firms in the U.S. and Canada have met these strict requirements.
The AMO accreditation is awarded to real estate firms that have a track record of high performance, expertise, stability and financial accountability and have a Certified Property manager directing and supervising the real estate management team. In addition, AMO firms must abide by rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.
